The circle in plan-furniture-roof level was chosen as the dominant element in the organization of the shop's interior, creating a house internal "nest" characterized by plenty of light and visual comfort, which creates the necessary viewing product areas evenly broken but studied separately for each product are required to display.
As a result the eye is allowed to edit the whole of the store including a large part of the laboratory, and the materials (metal, wood, glass, plaster, etc.), by appropriate selection and use in conjunction with light, colors and scents of the products (nuts, pastries, coffee, drinks) create a friendly atmosphere that remains etched in memory and gives it a distinct identity in space.
Basic intention of the design was on the one hand to make best use of the data space to meet the requirements of the store, on the other hand to give the space its own identity ....
The circle at the floor plan - furniture - Ceiling chosen as the dominant element in the organization of the shop's interior, avoiding the absolute separation between laboratory and showroom. Thus, the glare and visual comfort characterize the interior, where necessary for viewing the product areas - arcs of circle are created, while the eye is left free to draw all of the shop including a large portion of the lab.
The materials (metal, wood, glass, plaster, etc.), by appropriate selection and use in conjunction with the light, the colors and flavors of the products (nuts, confections, coffee, beverages) create a special, friendly atmosphere.
